Super Singles

"Super Singles" may be mounted on the front axle as well as on the rear axles, but currently only in size 22.50 ".
They are "super" because of their extra wide sized tread (385 mm or more) and "single" because they are never double mounted.   Therefore they have a different "offset" than other wheels.   This means that the flange of the rim, compared to the belly of the band, stays inside the wheel.  On super singles, the same model of wheel cover can be fitted on front and rear wheel.
